PROTEIN BALL : CULTIVATING CORE WORKSHOP – April 2017

  • 1 1/2 cup organic Cashew (or other nuts if you prefer)
  • 1 cup organic Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil (add more if too stodgy)
  • 1 tbsp organic Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional but highly recommended

ADD TOGETHER AND WHIZZ IN A BLENDER UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR DESIRED CONSISTENCY … ROLL INTO BALLS with an option of a  ROLL IN COCONUT FLAKES  .. Place in the freezer and take out 10 mins before nibbling …
