BLOG: MORNING CUP OF BLISS RECIPE

I have so many yoga related passions and interests, I would love to share with you.

It’s important not to feel full and bloated when practising yoga but still have energy and not feel hungry so my first share is a lovely morning recipe.

Morning Cup of Bliss :

Serves 2 glasses
4 figs
4 dates
12 almonds
Handful of other nuts
Pinch saffron
Water X 2 glasses
Soak over night
Blend and add a few drops of Rosewater
