I run workshops every 2  months at a beautiful hall in Reigate for up to 45 students.

I love, love, love teaching and I love my workshops … the energy that the students bring to these events is extraordinary and each one provides its own unique experience. The evenings are primarily a combination of Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Yoga Nidra (relaxation) with breaks of healthy homemade raw nibbles and healthy teas …
