No one is too young, too old, too stiff, too flexible, too big or too small to practice … you may simply need to modify and adapt to suit your needs. Yoga is about being able to move freely, to breath deeply, to be able to bend down and tie your shoelaces without straining your back. To bring a sense of strength to both your body and mind and have fun on the journey without over focusing on the destination.
